Early access — free audit open

Lead reactivation forthe opportunities you already earned.

SignalBack audits your CRM export, finds leads and quotes that went quiet, and runs AI-assisted follow-up conversations designed to turn existing demand into booked work.

In Jobber, open Reports → Estimates, then Export CSV. Menus vary slightly by plan — any estimates export with amounts and statuses works.

Why stalled leads

The follow-up gap is where earned demand quietly expires.

Teams work hard to create demand, move a lead toward a quote or next step, and then let the conversation sit in the CRM. Structured follow-up gives that already-earned demand another chance to become scheduled work.

They already raised their hand

A stalled lead is not a cold contact. They asked for a quote, demo, consultation, or next step — and gave you enough context to continue the conversation.

The audience is already in your CRM

You do not need to buy the same demand twice. Your CRM or spreadsheet history already contains the next people and opportunities worth reviewing.

The reason for waiting can expire

Budgets, priorities, and timing change. A respectful follow-up gives an old opportunity a new decision point without pretending every quiet lead is recoverable.

How it works

Three steps between a CSV export and a prioritized list.

No integrations to set up, no fields to map, no cleanup homework. The messier your export, the more useful the audit — cleaning it is the point.

01

Upload

Export leads, customers, opportunities, or quotes from your CRM or spreadsheet. Messy columns, duplicates, and odd status labels are fine — that's our job.

02

Audit

Every row is normalized and each estimate is classified as won, lost, or unsold — deterministic rules first, AI only where the data is ambiguous. Duplicates merge, dead contacts drop.

03

Review

See which opportunities went quiet, a clearly labeled planning range where value data exists, and which people are worth contacting first — so you can work the list or hand it to a campaign.

The engine

The audit is step one. The engine brings them back.

Knowing what your backlog is worth doesn't create revenue — conversations do. The reactivation engine re-engages stalled opportunities and keeps context attached until there is a booked outcome or a human handoff.

Email conversations

Plain-text follow-ups designed to read like a real person wrote them — not branded newsletter blasts.

Reply handling

AI drafts replies with the original CRM record or quote in context, so the conversation can move toward a booked outcome.

SMS when approved

A2P carrier registration is part of onboarding, and texting is designed to unlock once approval lands.

Call queue

A daily “call these five today” list for the leads that deserve a human voice — no auto-dialers, by design.

Booking proof

Bookings are matched deterministically against your CRM record, so recovered work can be evidenced rather than asserted.

Pay per booking

Campaign pricing is planned as a flat subscription plus a metered charge per verified booking.

FAQ

The questions we'd ask too.

Do I need to create an account?

Not for the audit. Upload a CSV and you get a shareable report link — no signup, no credit card. Accounts come in when you turn on recovery campaigns, which are rolling out to early partners now.

What files work?

Lead, customer, opportunity, or quote exports saved as CSV. Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ordinary spreadsheets work today. We need a contact such as an email or phone number; amounts and status fields make the audit more useful, but contact-only lists work too.

How is “recoverable” calculated?

The audit applies low and high planning scenarios to the unsold estimate total. These assumptions are not an industry average or a forecast. They are a consistent way to size the opportunity until your own campaign results can replace them.

What happens to my data?

It's used to build your report and nothing else — never sold, never shared. Email hello@signalback.ai and we'll delete it on request.

What does it cost?

The audit is free, every time, with no account required. Reactivation campaigns are in early access: the planned model is a flat subscription plus a metered charge per verified booking, so the meter only moves when a stalled lead becomes a verified outcome in your CRM. Exact pricing is agreed with early-access partners while the campaign product is being built.

Is this another mass-email blaster?

No — and campaigns are still early access, so nothing is being sent on anyone's behalf today. The design is individual, plain-text conversations rather than blasts, and compliance controls (sender identification, opt-out handling, A2P registration, volume ramp-up) are being built as part of the sending path itself rather than as optional settings.
