About
A reactivation engine for the demand you already paid for
SignalBack is early-access lead-reactivation software. It finds stalled leads and unsold quotes in CRM exports, makes the backlog measurable, and helps teams restart the right conversations.
What exists today
The free audit accepts a Jobber, Housecall Pro, or spreadsheet CSV. It normalizes the file, merges duplicate contacts, classifies estimate statuses, totals the unsold value, and ranks the largest follow-up candidates. A fixed sample report is available before anyone uploads data.
The campaign workspace is being rolled out with early partners. Product pages distinguish between features available in the audit, features visible in the demo, and campaign capabilities still in early access.
Where we are starting
SignalBack is designed as a lead-reactivation layer for teams that already own stalled demand in a CRM or spreadsheet. It is not a replacement CRM; it sits above the system of record to find, re-engage, and measure opportunities that went quiet.
Our initial go-to-market focus is US home services — especially HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and remodeling businesses using Jobber, Housecall Pro, or spreadsheets. That is our starting wedge, not a permanent product boundary.
How we publish
- Use primary product documentation for competitor and integration facts whenever it is available
- Label modeled scenarios as assumptions rather than presenting them as industry averages
- State when a feature is in early access instead of implying general availability
- Review legal and compliance material as educational information, not legal advice
- Show meaningful update dates and correct pages when source products or rules change

Questions about the product, a factual correction, or a data-deletion request can be sent to hello@signalback.ai. We do not invent a founder biography, office address, or customer count to make an early product look older than it is.
