Notes from the follow-up gap

Analysis, argument, and product decisions we want on the record. For the practical how-to material, the guides are the better door.

What this is

This is the opinion side of the site. Posts here argue a position, work through a piece of analysis, or put a product decision on the record in public so we can be held to it later — including the decisions about what we will not build. Two of the posts below exist mainly so that a future version of this company cannot quietly reverse course without someone noticing.

The recurring subject is the gap between a quote being sent and a decision being made, and why nothing in a typical business is responsible for that interval. That is a structural argument rather than a tactical one, which is why it lives here: it does not resolve into a checklist, and pretending otherwise would make it less true.

What it isn't

It is not the how-to library. Evergreen, procedural material — exporting your CRM data, cadence and copy, deliverability, consent and carrier registration — lives in the guides, gets a review date on it, and is rewritten when the underlying facts change. Blog posts are dated on purpose and are not maintained the same way. If you came looking for the steps, go to the guides; you will get a better answer and a more current one.

It is also not a release feed or an SEO content mill. We publish when there is an argument worth making, which is rarely, and we would rather have four posts we would defend than forty that fill a calendar. Nothing here is written by a content team we do not have, and product claims in these posts are pinned to what is actually shipped: today that is the free CSV audit, with sending, integrations, and billing still in development.

Where to go instead

If you are trying to do the work rather than read about it: the guides are the procedural library, from CRM exports through compliance. The comparison pages cover the other tools in this category and say plainly where they beat us. And the pricing page explains the billing model the posts here argue for, which is the fastest way to check whether we followed through on it.
