Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SignalBack — the free audit, the website, and early-access recovery campaigns. By using the service you agree to them. If you're using the service for a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf.

The service

The free audit analyzes a CSV export you upload and produces a report of estimated recoverable revenue. Early-access campaigns re-engage contacts from your data via email (and SMS after carrier registration), with AI-drafted conversations subject to your approval settings. Features marked early access may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn as we develop them.

Your data and your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the legal right to upload the records you submit and to have them processed for audits and re-engagement
• You remain responsible for your relationship with your customers, including having a lawful basis to contact them
• You will not upload data you don't have rights to, and you will not use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful outreach
• We may suspend accounts and refuse uploads that create abuse, deliverability, or legal risk

Compliance rails

Sending paths enforce list hygiene, opt-out propagation, volume ramp-up, and channel gating (for example, SMS only after A2P registration). These safeguards are part of the service and cannot be disabled. They are engineering controls, not legal advice — you remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.

Estimates are estimates

Audit figures combine measured values from your uploaded data with clearly labeled planning-scenario assumptions. They are informational estimates, not a forecast or promise of recoverable revenue. Actual results depend on your list, your market, and factors outside our control.

Fees

The audit is free. Early-access campaign pricing (subscription plus a metered charge per verified booking) is agreed when your account is activated, and billable bookings follow the attribution rules presented in your account. We'll always show you what a booking was matched against.

Intellectual property

You own your data and your reports' contents. We own the service, the software, and everything about how it works. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your data to provide the service — nothing more.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing), and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination, changes, and contact

You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. We can suspend or end early-access features with reasonable notice.
