If you run ServiceTitan, that's the sensible default, and we'll say so rather than pretend otherwise. We're built for the shops that aren't on it.

Why we don't chase ServiceTitan users
Marketing Pro's unsold-estimate audiences are a native feature of the CRM that already owns the data. Competing head-on there means fighting the platform on its own turf — a bad deal for you and for us. If you're happily on ServiceTitan, use what's built in.
Plenty of home-service businesses run on something else: Jobber, Housecall Pro, or a spreadsheet. We haven't found an equivalent built-in unsold-estimate campaign feature in those tools — if yours has one, use that first. Otherwise that's the gap we're aiming at: ingest the export, audit the sleeping revenue for free, and then re-engage with conversations that book jobs back into the CRM you actually use.
