Pricing
Free audit today. Per-booking pricing by design.
The backlog audit is free and live right now — no account, no card, no call. Reactivation campaigns are in early access, and the intended model is a flat subscription plus a metered charge per verified booking. This page separates what you can actually buy today from what is still being decided.

Early access
Reactivation campaigns
Sending infrastructure, CRM integrations, accounts, and billing are not built yet. Campaigns are being rolled out with a small group of early-access partners, and the price is being set with them rather than published in advance.
Planned model: a flat monthly subscription plus a metered charge per verified booking.
We are deliberately not printing a dollar figure here. A number published before the first invoice exists would be a number we made up, and you would reasonably plan against it.
The intended commercial model
Two parts. A flat monthly subscription covers the platform: storage, list hygiene, campaign configuration, sender infrastructure, and the reporting that has to run whether or not anything books. On top of that sits a metered charge that applies once per verified booking the system actually produces.
The split exists because the two halves have genuinely different cost shapes. Infrastructure runs continuously and should be priced continuously. Outcomes are lumpy, and pricing them per outcome is the only way to keep the bill proportional to the value delivered instead of to how many contacts happen to sit in your database.
What a verified booking means
A booking is designed to become billable only when three conditions hold, in order, each matched deterministically rather than inferred from a model:
- A campaign message was sent to a specific contact
- That same contact engaged afterwards — a reply, a click, or a tracked call
- A booking for that same contact appeared in your CRM inside the attribution window, currently specified as 30 days
Bookings that appear in the window without a tracked engagement are designed to be labeled influenced: shown in reporting for visibility, never billed. Cancellations inside a grace window are designed to release the charge without you having to ask.
Why this model instead of seats or contact volume
Per-seat and per-contact pricing both bill you for potential. You pay for the size of your database or the size of your office, and the vendor gets paid identically whether the follow-up worked or sat idle. For a product whose entire job is reactivating demand you already paid to acquire, that is the wrong incentive pointed at the wrong number.
A meter tied to verified bookings only moves when a stalled lead turns into work on your calendar. It also constrains us: the attribution rule is narrow and deterministic, so we cannot quietly widen the definition of a win to grow an invoice. Publishing the rule before the billing system exists is the cheapest accountability available to us, and we would rather be held to it than negotiate it later.
What is never charged for
If you are comparing tools, this matters: the sizing step costs nothing here. You can find out whether you have a backlog worth working before any commercial conversation happens, and take the report with you if the answer is no.
- The audit itself — every upload, every re-run, no usage cap
- The sample report, which needs no file and no email address
- The lost-revenue calculator, which runs entirely on numbers you type in
- Reading your own report, or sharing the link with someone else
What is not settled yet
Price points, subscription tier structure, whether the attribution window stays at 30 days, the length of the cancellation grace window, and how disputes are handled are all open. So are the CRM integrations that verified-booking matching depends on.
We are stating this plainly rather than hiding it behind a Contact Sales button, because the alternative is letting you plan a budget against a number that does not exist yet. If firm pricing is a prerequisite for you, the honest answer today is to run the free audit, keep the report, and talk to us when the campaign product is generally available.
Pricing FAQ
What does the audit cost?+
Nothing. The backlog audit is free every time you run it, with no account, no credit card, and no sales call. It is the only part of SignalBack you can use today, and it is not a limited trial of a paid tier.
When does the meter start running?+
Not today — there is no billing system, no payment processing, and no live campaigns. Under the planned model the meter only moves when a verified booking is matched. Uploads, reports, contacts stored, emails drafted, and messages sent are not intended to be metered events.
What counts as a verified booking?+
Three conditions in order, matched deterministically rather than inferred: a campaign message was sent to the contact, that same contact engaged afterwards, and a booking for that contact appeared in your CRM inside the attribution window (currently specified as 30 days). A booking that lands in the window without a tracked engagement is designed to be reported as influenced revenue for visibility only, and never billed.
What happens if a booking cancels?+
Cancellations inside a grace window are designed to release the charge automatically, without you having to notice or ask for it. The grace window length is one of the terms being settled with early-access partners, and the intent throughout is to undercount rather than overcount.
Will I need a contract or an annual commitment?+
No commitment terms have been set, because there is nothing to commit to yet. Early-access partners are agreeing terms directly with us while the campaign product is built. If you need firm numbers before you plan a budget, email us and we will tell you where the thinking stands rather than quote a price we cannot yet honor.
What happens to the data I upload?+
It is used to build your report and nothing else. It is processed on US cloud infrastructure, never sold or shared with other customers, and deleted on request. The security page covers processing, access, retention, and deletion in detail, and the methodology page documents exactly how the numbers in the report are calculated.
Size the backlog before you price anything.
The audit is free, needs no account, and tells you whether there is enough stalled revenue in your CRM to be worth a campaign at all.
