Lead reactivation software, compared

Every option below is good at something. These pages spell out what each does well, what it structurally can't do, and where SignalBack fits — with competitor claims sourced from their own published docs.

Answer 'what are my options' before you pick a versus page

Most people arrive here having heard one product name and wanting to know whether it is the right one. That is the wrong first question. The useful first question is which of three shapes you are actually shopping for, because the shape narrows the shortlist faster than any feature list.

If your CRM already has a marketing module — ServiceTitan Marketing Pro, Jobber Campaigns — start there. Native beats bolted-on when the data is already in the building, and neither of those requires a new integration to trust. If you want one vendor covering speed-to-lead, recalls, and reactivation across SMS, email, and voice, you are shopping for a platform, and Hatch is the one we compare against most often. If you want the outcome without running anything yourself, you are shopping for a service, which is what the database reactivation agencies sell.

The matrix below is our read of where each option sits. It is deliberately short on features and long on fit, because feature grids age badly and the fit question rarely changes.

OptionWho it's forWhere it fitsWhere we fit
HatchHome-service teams that want one platform across several points in the lead lifecycle, and are comfortable with a sales-led buying process.A broad conversation platform. Hatch's own materials describe AI messaging over SMS and email plus a voice product, with integrations into major field-service systems. Pricing is quote-gated, so plan on a call.Much narrower on purpose. We do not do speed-to-lead or voice; we start with the unsold-estimate backlog you already have.
Jobber CampaignsShops already running Jobber that want email marketing without adding another login.One-off campaigns to selected client segments plus automated campaigns triggered by client activity. Jobber documents that automated campaigns are not retroactive, so an existing backlog goes out through one-off sends. We work from the export rather than the segment builder, so the backlog gets classified and prioritized before anything is written.
ServiceTitan Marketing ProShops already on ServiceTitan.Native audiences built from CRM data including unsold estimates, per ServiceTitan's product page and help center. If your data already lives there, this is the sensible default and we will say so.We are built for the shops that are not on ServiceTitan — Jobber, Housecall Pro, and spreadsheet operations.
GoHighLevel DBR agenciesOwners who would rather hire the outcome than run the campaign, and who have the appetite to manage a vendor.Database reactivation sold as a service, frequently delivered on GoHighLevel. Done well it works. Quality tracks the individual operator you happen to hire, which is the structural risk. The productized version of the same idea: self-serve, no retainer, and the audit is free before you commit to anything.
Hatch vs Jobber CampaignsTeams whose shortlist does not include us at all yet.A head-to-head between the two, rather than either against SignalBack.Read it for the scope comparison. It ends on the gap neither product was designed to close.

What every one of these tools still needs from you

Whichever option you pick, the same three things determine whether the campaign earns anything, and none of them are a vendor feature. You need a clean list, because a backlog nobody has classified is a mailing list with a revenue number attached to guesswork. You need consent and identification handled, because deliverability and compliance failures are silent — nothing bounces back to tell you. And you need an attribution rule agreed in advance, because otherwise the vendor grades its own homework at the end of the quarter.

Our audit methodology documents how we do the first of those: what we measure, what we model, and where the planning-scenario ranges come from. Our pricing page covers the third — what the meter is designed to count and when. Both are worth reading before you commit to any vendor on this page, including us.

Common questions

What counts as lead reactivation software?+

Any tool whose job is to re-engage contacts a business already owns — unsold estimates, aged inbound leads, past customers — rather than to buy new ones. In practice the category splits three ways: broad conversation platforms that include reactivation among many jobs, CRM-native marketing modules that only work if you are already on that CRM, and focused reactivation tools. The comparisons on this page cover one of each.

Do I have to switch CRMs to reactivate old quotes?+

No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who says otherwise. Every option on this page either lives inside a CRM you already pay for or works from an export. SignalBack currently works from a CSV export — Jobber and Housecall Pro integrations are in development, not shipped.

Why are there no prices in this comparison?+

Because two of the four vendors gate pricing behind a sales conversation, and published figures for the rest change without notice. Quoting a number we cannot keep current would be worse than quoting none. Each comparison page describes the pricing model and points you at the vendor's own page for the figure.

How do you keep these honest when you are one of the options?+

Three rules. Competitor claims are attributed to the vendor's own published documentation rather than to reviews or our memory. Every page carries the date its source links were last checked. And every page has a 'choose them when' section that names the cases where the answer is not us — the ServiceTitan comparison is the clearest example.
