SignalBack vs Jobber Campaigns
Jobber Campaigns sends marketing email. We focus on reactivating unsold estimates.
Jobber Campaigns includes one-off email campaigns for selected client segments and automated email campaigns triggered by client activity. Jobber documents that automated campaigns are not retroactive; one-off campaigns are the route for existing records. We start from an estimate export and add classification, prioritization, and — in early access — reply workflow and booking attribution.

| Jobber Campaigns | SignalBack | |
|---|---|---|
| Existing backlog | One-off campaigns can target existing clients; automated triggers apply from creation onward | Our audit classifies and prioritizes the existing unsold-estimate backlog before anything is sent |
| Channels | Campaigns documentation describes email campaigns | Email first; SMS is an early-access capability we are building behind consent and carrier registration |
| Replies | Replies go to the company email address for a person to handle | Early access, not yet generally available: AI-assisted replies with human approval for sensitive cases |
| Message format | Branded marketing emails | Plain-text messages meant to read like the owner wrote them |
| CRM scope | Jobber only | Today: any spreadsheet export. Jobber and Housecall Pro integrations are in development |
| Pricing | A paid add-on on eligible plans — see Jobber's current pricing page for the figure and plan rules | Free audit; early-access campaigns are designed to be subscription + per verified booking |
Keep Campaigns. Add recovery.
This is not necessarily an either/or. Jobber documents both one-off campaigns, which can target selected existing clients, and automated campaigns, which begin tracking eligible activity after the automation is created.
Our difference is the estimate-first audit: ingest the existing backlog from a CSV, normalize and classify it, show the unsold face value and planning scenarios, then prioritize the records worth re-engaging. That part is live and free.
The reply is where jobs are won
Jobber routes campaign replies to the company email address, where the team can continue the conversation. Our early-access workflow is designed to add the original estimate as context for AI-assisted drafting and to hold pricing changes, complaints, and other sensitive cases for human approval. It is not generally available yet.

FAQ
Does SignalBack replace Jobber?+
No. Jobber stays your system of record. Today you export unsold estimates to us as a CSV and we audit them. The Jobber integration we are building is designed to read dead leads directly and match verified bookings back in your account, which is also the basis for per-booking billing — both are in development, not shipped.
Can I run both Campaigns and SignalBack?+
Potentially. Jobber Campaigns can handle native email campaigns while we audit and prioritize unsold estimates. Before running both, confirm audience exclusions and suppression behavior so the same person does not receive overlapping outreach.
