Following up on plumbing quotes customers postponed (3 email templates)
Deferred plumbing work is the one trade where the problem keeps writing your follow-up for you. The angle is not discounting — it's telling the customer which part of the job you would do first if it were your own house, and why the order matters.
Audience: Customers with a non-emergency plumbing quote that got postponed
Did the {{job_type}} ever get handled?
Hi {{first_name}} — we wrote up {{amount}} for the {{job_type}} in {{month}} and I never closed the loop. Did someone else take care of it, or is it still on the list? If anything's changed — a new drip, a slower drain, a noise that wasn't there before — that's worth telling me before it decides for you. — {{rep_name}}, {{company}} {{company_address}} · {{unsubscribe}}
Which part I'd do first, if it were my house
{{first_name}} — I was back through your file this morning. If you're not doing the whole {{job_type}} right now, do it in the order the risk runs, not the order the price runs: anything that can put water where water shouldn't be goes first, and the cosmetic and convenience items can wait a year without costing you anything. Want me to mark up the estimate that way so you can see the split? — {{rep_name}}, {{company}} {{company_address}} · {{unsubscribe}}
Want me to just come look at it?
{{first_name}}, last one from me. We're in your area regularly, and I'm happy to have a tech put eyes on it at no charge — mostly to confirm nothing has gotten worse since {{month}}. No quote, no pitch, just a status check so you know what you're sitting on. Reply and I'll find a time. — {{rep_name}}, {{company}} {{company_address}} · {{unsubscribe}}
{{placeholders}} — swap in the lead's details, or let campaigns fill them automatically.

How much was the quote again? And does it still stand?
It was {{amount}} for the {{job_type}}. Labor holds; I'd want to re-verify the fixture and material lines before I put my name on the number again, which takes me about ten minutes. Worth noting the estimate assumed the shutoffs were serviceable — if those have seized since {{month}} that's a small add. I have {{window_1}} and {{window_2}} open. Which is easier?
Before you send this
Commercial email must identify the sender, carry a valid physical postal address, and offer a working opt-out that is honored promptly (CAN-SPAM). The sending system appends {{company_address}} and {{unsubscribe}} to every touch and stops the sequence on any opt-out or reply; the placeholders are written into the copy above so a hand-copied template still ships compliant.
